Welcome to the Philippines!  Sr. Thusani Dube (ZM-ZW) and Sr. Lydia Chege (EAK) are our pioneer Sisters serving in the Diocese of Kalookan.  This Diocese is home to one of the poorest areas in Metro Manila and comprises the three major cities of South Caloocan, Malabon and Navotas.  Our Sisters reach out to the marginalized in Malabon, supervising two feeding programs funded by Joseph Clinic for poor, malnourished children.

+Sr. Mary Lucy Ngunju was one of the pioneer Sisters missioned to the Philippines in January 2017.  She returned to Kenya and succumbed to cancer in November 2017.   May she rest in peace.  pdfObituary of Sr. Mary Lucy

The visits of many Sisters in 2018 was a time of great joy and support for our Philippine mission.  We look forward to moving to a new home and welcoming a third member of the community in 2019.  Maraming salamat (Thank you), Sr. Thusani and Sr. Lydia, for your continued dedication and CPS witness!

Life is a Mission!

Every man and woman is  a mission; that is the reason for our life on this earth.

To be attracted and to be sent are two movements that our hearts, especially when we are young, feel as interior forces of love; they hold out promise for our future and they give direction to our lives.
